As far as I know, NCT is not the worst group out there. They are messy and a bit problematic but overall they're all nice. They do the things normal people their age would do. Some members are ignorant though, but I don't think they mean any harm. Then again, I think ignorance is widespread all around, and is hardly ever intentional, though that doesn’t negate its impact any less.
As far as “types”, both EXO's Sehun and MONSTA X's Shownu tend to go for older romantic partners. Based on prior and/or current relationships, NCT's Jeno likes rounder faces, NCT's Haechan just likes pretty girls, like cute and sexy, and NCT's Jisung goes for taller girls. A lot of Chinese idols tend to date other Chinese idols only.
There are rumors that ITZY's Yuna likes/liked TXT's Hueningkai.
Apparently sasaengs hate TWICE's Nayeon. Apparently she is very rude to them but, I mean, who blames her. They’re freakin’ stalkers. So, like, DESERVE!
More on Nayeon: As a trainee, Nayeon slept with other trainee's boyfriends. She apparently fought with BLACKPINK's Jennie because of something related to this. In TWICE's first years, she was mean to Tzuyu due to her Taiwanese heritage, thinking this could negatively affect the group. Lots of rumors of her just being rude to staff and bratty. Allegedly does typical “mean girl stuff”, like taking unflattering pictures of members when sleeping, talking trash about or bad mouths others, dirty looks.

Finding information on NCT's Mark was difficult. Like I said above, he recently got out of a long-term relationship with a FROMIS9 member. He's a good kid. Only has minor rumors, like past fights with members. That’s not to say he can’t be ignorant-- I’ve heard about his recent colorist/insensitive comment and won’t defend that at all and don’t even get me started on the misogyny that probably most men, idols or not, are bound to have internalized, but otherwise he’s not outright rude or bigoted, at least not based on the accounts I’ve read. So, yeah, an alright dude. Apparently he was very romantic with his ex-girlfriend, which I thought was interesting because, at least on-camera, he comes off as a little bit awkward.

NCT’s Lucas is very nice to the staff. Apparently, he’s a bit arrogant but only because he knows he's good looking (Side Note: Y’all gotta stop telling these men they’re handsome, nothing good ever comes out of it. LOL!). Very confident and friendly. He had a girlfriend before he debuted, but only for a very short time. But a few months ago at a virtual fansign, he basically described her when they asked him for his ideal type. Maybe he still cares for her. He still talks to her sometimes, she said it herself. Lucas dated a ROCKET GIRLS member in February 2019, but I do not know when they broke up. Pre-debut he dated a non-celeb Chinese girl. I've heard rumors about him and G-IDLE’s Shuhua but I don't know if they're true. Rumors of him having anything with Yuqi are untrue. Right now, he is rumored to be dating Chinese actress Lin Yun, but this is unconfirmed. He doesn’t seem like one to be in long(er)-term relationships, it seems like he gets bored easily and likes attention/craving.
MONSTA X’s I.M. and TWICE’s Chaeyoung had something? This is unconfirmed.
